Marketing department is led by two senior managers who are extremely toxic to work for. Very little development of staff. You can expect every mistake to be treated like the world is ending, and any successes to go unnoticed. No support from HR, they're very much on the companies side. There's a very high turnover of staff (hence why they're always recruiting). You're expected to be available first thing for any media announcements (and I mean first thing -6am sometimes) and also in the evenings/weekends if anything needs to be actioned/announced/updated. There's very little work/life balance.
