Over looked for job advancement unless you know someone personnally in upper management. Promises broken or brushed aside. When it comes to important tasks, it gets procrastinated on and keeps getting pushed farther and farther out. When it comes to working with your schedule, they try to accomidate but end up giving you the most inconvient hours to work.
