The management has created a perfect balance between structure and freedom, which helped me achieve and exceed my professional and personal goals during the last 5 years.

Upper management. gossips with other employees constantly degrading or making fun of them. Clearly does not know how to actually manage anything. HR is non existent. Hired completely as a figurehead. Takes advantage of employees and disciplines based on favoritism.
