Pros
- Working with some awesome people - Some great middle managers - Remote work and flexible schedules are nice. - Decent benefits
Kontras
- The worst executive leadership I have ever seen in my career by far - and I’ve worked at companies with some lousy executives. In my years here, I have not been talked to once by the executive team. They do not care in the least about the employees at StackPath and make horrible decisions daily. They layoff employees excessively to the point that teams are crippled under the weight of so much work. When great, high performing employees leave due to the awful culture flowing from the top of the organization and the insane workload, they don’t replace those positions, leaving those remaining even more miserable and overwhelmed. They have no clear direction for StackPath. - Lack of work/life balance - Great teammates leaving due to the horrible culture and no hope for change - Below market compensation
