Great coworkers. Remote work environment when work-life balance is respected.

After layoffs last summer and acquiring a new company a short time after, upper-management and leadership still refuse to hire back on teams who are asking for help, creating an unsustainable environment. Wages have not increased along with responsibilities and were low to begin with. "The team" is no longer a priority.
