Remote work and no micromanagement

Some projects had loosely defined scopes

Work life balance is okay

Extreme micromanagement and distrust among upper management. Everyone is extremely young and inexperienced in field with only bachelors degrees and i am taking about upper management and team leads so no learning curve. It doesnt provide a fast paced environment so learning is very stagnant. A very toxic place especially for women as they only hire females because of the govt rules. No opportunity for growth. CEO is very toxic as well so is AI lead. Not a safe and friendly working space for females at all.
