This once mighty company of over 35 is now hovering around 12. Nepotism runs rampant. The person in charge of engineering doesn't know anything about engineering and runs it that way. You never know what you will be working on until the day starts as there is no plan and you are just at the whims of what leadership is feeling for the day. Career path? No. This is not a company in which they care nor give you any room to advance your career. You are only a hired hand and you are treated that way.
