I really can not think of anything that would be a cons to work here. Great company to work for. If i could say one thing maybe better benefits.

Springwise has a nice staff in office. Very polite. Pay is decent for what is expected of.

Management is blood. Has poor structure for upper Management. No one seems to want to address issues with specific higher managers. Because owner doesn't want to believe it's happening.
