The Pro of working at Springwise it made me tougher and stronger.

The Cons, so many...You will not get promoted unless you are related to the owner, lie, back stab or are willing to walk all over co-workers. There is no loyalty there! Much of the time people spend there day gossiping, facebooking, texting, taking personal calls and playing on there tablets! The compensation is very low for the type of work!

Springwise has a nice staff in office. Very polite. Pay is decent for what is expected of.

Kontras

Management is blood. Has poor structure for upper Management. No one seems to want to address issues with specific higher managers. Because owner doesn't want to believe it's happening.
