Systemic issues such as high caseloads, too many administrative tasks and arbitrary monthly visit numbers that are demanded of us by the EOEA with little to no flexibility or understanding if we do not meet these numbers. The administrative tasks just keep increasing as caseload volumes and demand for services also continue to decrease. All the time spent on admin and documentation detracts from the case managers' ability to do person-centered tasks, such as serve elders and coordinate services, which is the actual goal of our agency.
