The pay and culture used to be great. Pay explanation started out as "industry leading in the area", evolved into "competitive", to rebutting any complaints about wages with "ESOP!" ESOP doesn't pay the bills, guys. Avoid at all costs, if you can. Don't make the same mistake I did by wasting ten years of my life swallow their song and dance.
