Pros

Springboard is a mission driven company - to help people grow in their careers by enabling access to a great education. Every person is here not because they want *a job*, but because they fundamentally care about the mission of the company, and give it their 100% every day to make it a reality. I can't describe how inspiring it is to work with such a smart and driven group of people. I have learned and grown so much since I joined.

Kontras

The cons are the same as faced by any early stage startup. You shoulder enormous amounts of responsibility and that can mean longer work hours. But there's enough "party hard" to make up for the "work hard" :-) Also, having a multi-site team (San Francisco+Bangalore) means you might have a few calls outside work hours, and will need to be comfortable communicating with distributed teams.
