Some good clients (although rapidly getting worse due to Spring just needing to accept any work). More responsibility (because Spring take on too much work and end up spread so thin that you need to take on anything and everything).

Everyone is leaving, including people who have been there 10+ years, meaning 70% of agency staff are brand new which is carnage for process and onboarding. Burn out culture is almost celebrated there. You have to fight, hard, to get anyone to listen to you about having too much work on. They will then ask you to prove you have too much work by listing it out. You are expected to work weekends and rarely get the time back. I was laughed at for mental health. No agency culture. You're ignored by everyone when you join. No welcome drinks or lunch or acknowledgement. You just work, alone, and are expected to come into an office that's in the attic of a building, no music, no chatting. No sense of community or togetherness. Barely any diversity. They've got rid of women on mat leave and fired people for mental health issues. The people who have been there for years clearly know they wouldn't get a better deal elsewhere and love to abuse their power. They've created their own flexible working to suit them, but expect you to work all hours of the day. They're outdated, cringy. Not open to new ideas. Will call you at any hour about work. The final work is dry and done before. Each department feels like they are at war with each other. There is no sense of helping people out or respecting each other. It's a money making machine, even at the expense of their own staff. No benefits or compensation. They put you on low salaries and the annual pay rises are laughable against inflation. I worked on a few good projects, but at the cost of my mental and physical health. It wasn't until I left that I realised how horrendous Spring was.
