You are offered a lot of autonomy within the role with not a lot of the expected pressure within agency recruitment.
Kontras
Too much time needed to be spent fixing IT/System issues or completing back office tasks which means productivity capability within the role is reduced. No team-spirit within the business, lack of social events etc. Recruitment is a high stress industry therefore for as hard as we work there needs to be that feeling of reward/team solidarity. There is a complete lack of this across the business.
