Autonomy to work on your projects and push initiatives through when looking to make a difference. We value good ideas and execution and allow everyone to bring forward change. Love working with a mission driven organization that is looking to improve the world. I absolutely love my colleagues. They aren't just co workers but close friends of mine who truly care for me and my development both professionally and personally.
Kontras
As a start up there are alot of moving pieces. Can be difficult to understand what each department is doing and why. Things pivot quickly so you need to be very diligent to stay on top of all moving pieces. Can be lack of resources in certain areas but team members are always willing to support.
