Pay was decent, access to free therapy was nice since you'll definitely need it.

Disclosure, it's been a year since I left, but I don't expect much has changed. Spring is growing way too fast for care support staff to keep up with the constant barrage of requests from providers and members, which leaves coordinators overworked and burned out. There was lots of talk about taking care of yourself and your mental health, but in reality, the expectation was to never say no and to keep up the hustle.
