Pros

Excel sheel managers decide your review who don't even understand or want to understand what you actually work on or are facing issue with. Apart from 4-5 good projects others are blood sucking clients who will harrass you on whatsapp that too on weeknds/late night. Salary was late for upto 5-6 months but now its back to normal but not sure for how long the inflow will be steady. Some good leads help you learn good stuff. Safe haven for womens, even if you are dumb as a brick. If you are luck you will end up in a good team or else you will regret joining.

Flexible timings means client calls till 10:30-11pm !Lack of technical managers with good number of years of experience. You get designation based on number of years of experience and not if you are fit as a employee or not. There are multiple cases of harrasment of female employees which are just ignored. No policy of employee training of new technologies. Not that its a problem that its a Female dominated company, But if you see all the Men's resign then you have to wonder whats the trend thats causing them to resign. Too much politics and biased towards female employees.

However, your post is untruthful and full of malice and does not have an iota of truth. All allegations relating to inappropriate working hours, harassment from clients and non payment of salary on time are false and baseless. Allegations relating to women employees facing harassment and on the other hand women employees also being favoured is totally untrue. We are a professionally managed company and have transparent code of conduct, anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies with adequate grievance redressal processes including a POSH committee. A better approach to handle grievances is to seek redressal before the right committee rather than make false allegations anonymously on a website. However, we may also choose to initiate appropriate legal action against such false posts and comments in the interest of justice and equity.

It was a once good company which is fighting for its very existence because of bad practices/salary issues etc
