Some of the upper managers are legitimately caring and concerned about the personal success of their store managers. Most are not. They'd rather play the numbers game until they find some sucker to work for the ridiculously low manager-in-training salaries.

I work over 50 hours a week for $2000 a month. I made more money as a wireless consultant, working only 40 hours a week! My duties were not clearly presented when I took the manager role. I have been chastised harshly for things I didn't receive any training on. On top of all that, this company deducts hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars from its employees' paychecks, to cover for mistakes that typically result from Spring Mobile's lack of training.
