      At the beggining it is a fun gig. Then you realize that nobody at the main cares about Scouts. You never get paid on time, Supervisors and administrators are always threatening you. The only time they are nice is when they need you.

      many sports you can cover

      very bad communication, nepotism, they sometimes cut fee without reason, I think they don't understand many times, when you need something, they don't answer for long time, they don't value their scouts. From day to day they can give you no matches without any reason. Very toxic company and I suggest to you don't work there.
