Pros
Management appears to be friendly (until they fire your friend or colleague). Employees are quite nice. Opportunities to learn for beginners.
Kontras
No recognition. Low salaries. No pay raise. Management is manipulative. Paris Corp. does not talk a lot to operations outside of France, or even to product development in Versailles. Strategy is not clear, or at least not shared with us mere mortals. Many employees are leaving, whether willingly or unwillingly. Company went from very profitable in 2014 to ultra-tight budget control in 2016.
