No more social life , your whole time will be dedicated to your job , working extra time without getting paid . You have to train your new manager so he can ( teach ) you how to do your work later on . Politics and religion are the ones who decide if you get the job , the raise etc.... not your personal professional skills . Your expertise is not valued nor respected.
