Spires Engineering in my view is among those companies who are genuinely committed to their employees. I really felt appreciated and felt that it is a good place to work if you are a career oriented person. I think that what makes them stand out is their knowledge and expertise in their industry. They know their trade inside out.

I would have personally liked to have had the chance for a quicker route to progression into Senior Management, but then I understand that in most companies climbing up the management ladder takes considerably more than at Spires Engineering.
