I can not find any pros, everything if horrible in this company.

Kontras

all and everything, the worst place to work, bad pay, bad management, is a full time position but you maybe work 30 hours no benefits.

Name hasn't been around long enough to be tarnished like signarama and fastsigns so most locations seems to generate good online leads and new clients based off franchises marketing.

Kontras

Same exact models as the other franchises with inexperienced "owners" who approach their business with that mindset. From my experience these shops are like retirement homes for failed c-suite folks and trophy husbands to get out of the house.
