Managing in silos. Toxic work environment. Lots of office politics Recognition such as promotions and bonuses (of various sizes and frequencies) are subject to a single department's decision and not performance-based. The managers are asked to pay for the casual lunch/dinner, etc bills when the meals are requested by the senior manager/management who are at the place as well. Not a good place to work if you have aspirations for a career and want to progress professionally and personally, as seen by the high turnover.
