Folks in the trenches with you know they have to stick together to get the job done So much chaos you can take ownership of substantial bodies of work (until it actually required funding). IT department is on the ball and CIO seems to know what needs to be done

Process integration of group companies not complete Budgeting process is opaque Management are encouraged to fight out issues, it is survival of the fittest and negativity flows right down the organisation from that Made to feel you need to work extra hours seven days a week just to keep afloat Missed promises for bonuses and pay rises More money spent on strategy consultants than delivery and completion of work already needed and in flight Personal benefits very poor, don't expect to retire on your pension You may find out from a PowerPoint that you are being made redundant

Global company with a product to help the world communicate better.

Kontras

Leadership lacked experience, diretion and overall emotional intelligence. Not the greatest place to grow your career within the SCM function. Also the wfh culture was very imbalanced for overall work-life balance; wanted you accessible 24-7.
