      Flexible working hours, flexible location of work, possibility to visit offices

      Undecisive management, bad communications, bad business decisions, no appreciation for employees.

      Pros

      Cutting edge technology from a startup company. Feels like we are on the cusp of developing something that will be of global significance. Positive environment, great place to work thats on the up. Future looks bright. A lot of responsibility given from the get go. Challenging with lots of different problems to solve. Work is always changing so not boring. Recruiting many new starts during covid.

      Not hiring quickly enough. They trying to operate like a big company, but not fully there yet. Could be a good thing?
