Cliques, Lack of Care/Support, and Disorganized - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician bei Spectrum Therapy Center: Mitarbeiterbewertung

It is very cliquey and feels like high school, lots of drama/bullying/gossip. The higher-ups dont do much to control it or properly address it. The BCBAs seem overworked, they do not consistently meet with techs or ensure they’re feeling supported. Everything is disorganized, and there is clear favoritism amongst RBTs from higher-ups. It’s a very emotionally and physically taxing job, and the staff environment doesn’t really make it much better. Also they do engage in some ABA that I found personally problematic.
