Their pay also depends on their teams metrics so there’s motivation to ensure your success. Ive been working here for a year and a few months, but I will be accepting a different job in a similar role that pays slightly more. I’m looking forward to it but if you have hesitations about accepting a job or applying I’m here to say go for it! I don’t regret it, and it’s a solid job. A positive atmosphere but the work-life balance for taking personal time could be better; overall if you want a job thats stable it’s a good company to work for.
