Each member of management seems to be focused on his or her own agenda and directing the blame for failed objectives to the next level below them. Reward and recognition are no longer based upon performance or merit, but are instead reserved for a handful of individuals who have curried the favor of their superiors by sabotaging the work of their peers by any number of unethical means.
