Policies change daily, technology is 20 years behind companies like dish and direct tv. Customers curse you out every day, and for good reason because products suck. They fired me, because I hung up on abusive customers, which used to be within policy, but with no notice that changed and bang I was gone after 7 years. Charter trainer told us during spectrum training to tell customers they did away with whole house DVr because they had too many issues, yet every other company has them working fine. Commission sucks now too, charter is way too cheap
