Worst company during my 20 year career - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Spectralink: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Leadership doesn't give support and instead of trying to understand the challenges with the systems or give any acknowledgement of the issues, more will be asked anyway. I did not get direct and honest feedback. Many people including myself noticed that employees who pushed back on unrealistic deadlines for any reason were retaliated against in some way. Also, the product is not great and the CEO is smug!
