people for the most part are very friendly. very accessible as close to highway and bus stop. decent benefits. flexible schedule. this is great for me as I can work multiple jobs and do not have to work 9 to 5. unlimited coffee and tea good communication through townhall meetings. free food sometimes to save a buck here and there

not much privacy. small company so word travels. caught up in documents and can not perform task properly.

a laid back work environment with a younger demographic

the biz rather see top performers leave its doors and hire unqualified people to fill these roles. senior management mentioned during a company-wide meeting "if people are unhappy, then leave"... people were quitting at a crazy pace. when asked about the mass exodus, senior management said it is nothing to worry and it is a chance to upgrade at the following company's meeting... the town hall added fuel to the fire and more people quit... it became a game to employees to guess who will be the next person to quit
