> Highlighted guy in all prior reviews is knowledge bank and look for employees to solve the riddle of changes or surrender. > Good place to work but as they say -'All work and no play makes Jack a dull guy' find perfect place here. > Really good set of employees who work like a family to help grow the organization hoping of a hopeless hope. > You always get a verbal feel of getting paid premium but you are not.

> Management delaying Appraisals/hike with an intention that if these 80% will get hike,they will look for job in outside world and how 80:20 rule will sustain.
