Pros
The only thing positive about this establishment is the employees that are continuously treated unfairly because they are not part of the upper management team which consists of the family and friends of the people who own the place.
Kontras
The level of bullying and unfairness that occurs here is mind blowing. This place does not care about anything besides a monthly number and they will do anything no matter how unfair, unjust, unethical as possible to attempt to make that fictional number. If you are willing to throw everything that is important to you to the side and make this place your world you MAY make it for a little while. There is absolutely NO work/life balance here and they have no values at all accept for themselves. If your unfortunate enough to get to an interview here don't fall for the show they will put on for you. Look closely you will see that the morale, and overall culture for the hard working people there is terrible.
