I have been part of this company for the last 7 years and have had some of the best experiences of my lifetime. To begin with, the company provides you a free hand in working and never for once have I felt like an employee. Ample opportunities are provided to enhance your skills at work. During my tenure with this company I have been fortunate enough to interact with some of the clients top professionals and promoters at regular intervals and the experience of working with them is irreplaceable. All in all it has been an amazing experience and thanks to the management for support and trust they have put in me.

Since I have had a wonderful experience I cant think of any at the moment.

I started my career with Spectra as my first job. I worked here for 3.5 years and then moved out to Mumbai after marriage and then overseas. What i learned in spectra was my skills on analytics using various office tools like excel, powerpoint etc. i also learned VBA script to use in excel along with my other colleagues. I never knew why i was doing it then. As i moved out, through out my careers, i have been tremendously benefited by this skills and always help my performance. today i won an award for analytics champion and i decide my learning to my time at spectra.
