They pay their bills in full and on-time. The contract negotiations were fairly easily navigated. They are responsive and return calls fairly quickly - until the contract is signed.

I had the misfortune of having a front-row seat when another employee had a complete meltdown - in front of 50 people. All 50 folks complained to management about the other person, who was immediately fired.
Two weeks later, Spectra dumped me because someone *else* had a mental breakdown; even though the client management knew I had nothing to do with it.
I don't mind paying for my own mistakes, but to pay for someone else's mistakes...
