Spectra often provides lunch. • Our salaries are the highest in our industry and substantially higher than Glassdoor’s comparative salary report. • No employee has ever been refused personal time off. In fact, employees are encouraged to stay healthy and happy. All employees accrue personal time off from day one of their employment. This is the first time in 50 years anyone has ever claimed this.
