The ability of the Senior Management to resist micromanaging it's employees contributes to the overall positive vibe this company oozes. Compensation and benefits are nothing to scoff at either, very competitive salaries and good benefits.
Kontras
Location. The Offices are beautiful and are minutes away from the Atlantic ocean beach, however, the town of Vero Beach does not offer much in terms of entertainment and city life. This is subjective of course, and many people love the location, but it is the only downside I could think of.
