Pros
My team has been nothing but welcoming to me throughout my time here and they are one of my favorite reasons to come to work. I have been able to establish a good work life balance, but this does take some effort with drawing boundaries. I enjoy the work that I do and my manager truly cares about growing my career both inside and outside of Spaulding Ridge.
Kontras
The company has consistently been transparent, but sometimes the delivery of messages is off. The intention is not harmful, but communicating only with certain groups causes rumors to spread unnecessarily. The culture is only as good as the employees that carry it out and it is carried out well for the most part, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved. I would like to see more women in management and a stronger effort towards recruiting in groups with higher BIPOC populations.
