Functional offices are at least functional.

Typical hollow, false profit-seeking company. Spineless management hanging prizes on themselves about how awesome they are and how people love to work there but there is nothing really special about them. They only match 401k company contributions once a year, and they fired a number of my coworkers a couple of days before those benefits would have accrued - anything to protect the company's bottom line versus valuing their staff. The HR is there to protect the company from its employees, not to support the employees.
