Pros

Good hard working employees, but management and Human Resources sucks!!! HR does not respond to employee inquiries only busy pleasing upper management.

I do not know where to start. All the positive review were posted recently and when someone new joins the company they are told to write a positive review. HR threatens whoever writes negatively about the company. Instead of responding to negative reviews on Glassdoor HR should respond to the employee inquiries. - Higher cost for insurance. -Extreme micro-management at every level. -No opportunity to make things better, the president absolutely does not want processes to be improved. -Clocking in and out a minimum of 8.5-9 hours from the office and you are expected to check your email in the evening and during weekends. Expected to work during the weekend.

As with most government contracting environments, timelines, processes, and decision making can be influenced by contract constraints. It’s not a downside for everyone, but something to keep in mind if you’re used to fast-paced product companies.
