It's not just your standard tech company as we have content writers and editors, examiners, video and games developers. - A scientific, data-driven approach to teaching mathematics - People here really care about the students who are using Sparx and want them to succeed - it's not about making a quick buck - We work closely with schools. Can work in education without being a teacher - Other companies in the same group/building (Oxygen House) have a diverse and interesting mix of social enterprise projects: smart cities, solar power, sustainable building... - Tasty lunches and home baking provided every day! - Fun company events, green travel scheme, all-round good culture

- Sparx is changing fast and seeing a few growing pains as it does, but nothing insurmountable. - I think working at Oxygen House has spoiled me for other jobs in the future.
