I've never worked with a more genuine company. Leadership could be stronger with a clearer vision, but its special place where you get to be yourself. It has a lot of feathers in its cap.

Life was easy for the first 10 years. Money poured in. Its still profitable but the challenges are more /bigger. This causes stress.

Gained valuable hands-on experience in electromechanical systems. Developed strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Learned how to work independently with minimal supervision. Had exposure to innovative electronics and hardware projects.

Lack of a team-oriented work environment. Minimal communication from management, leading to uncertainty. No incentives or team-building activities to boost morale. Limited opportunities for professional growth or internal collaboration.
