Pros

1. Good amount of projects - will increase your learning 2. Transparency on the projects even if you are junior developer 3. Suggestions are always heard - nothing like big firms where your suggestion doesn't matters 4. Europe leads will trust you completely if you prove them you can handle the project 5. No Indian managers and leads kind of hierarchy, might be in some teams they have Indian SPOC.

Kontras

1. Less leaves (20 days) that also on quarterly basis (5 per quarter) 2. No quarterly bonuses and rewards. 3. Always try to do some cost cutting while spending money on employees(like on birthdays , outings) 4. no free snacks in the evening (in the name of snacks they give only biscuits)

Nothing, they lie in all, your resume, you salary , and they use your personal information and create acount using your name

Payment Organization Lies Fake resumes They dont care if you catn pay for your rent

Pros

some specific products are very competitive. Fun and good colleagues.

Kontras

Management has been the reason for unstable operation and people leaving. Internal cross team communication needs to be improved drastically.
