With any evolving healthcare industry company and team, processes need to be improved and updated to stay in line with best practices. Spakinect values compliance and safety, so as a result, the team needs to learn about new technologies and policies on a routine basis.

Spakinect stands out among other employers I've worked for when it comes to employee engagement. The culture is warm, welcoming, and genuine. Everyone shows up ready to give 110% to our patients, our clients, and their team members. "Explore" is a component of our mission, vision and values, and I see it in action every day. Our clinical, operations, and sales teams are all focused on improving their expertise by learning from each other, from experts in the field, and experimenting with new technology. There are pros and cons to a fully remote environment. In my phase of life, remote works for me, but there are moments when I wish we could just get in a room to white board out some ideas.
