They dont value their nurse practitioners. They started nps off so low. When I see job postings from them its higher than what they are actually paying. They micromanage the nps and make sure you see atleast 8 patients an hour. The two managers, S and M have these expectations from the NP's however they cant even do the work we do and give us bad reviews when we are unable to see that amount. Even if its not under our control that the network can have slower days. They have no compassion, they put such a friendly demeanor but its all fake and I've known so many nurses have left because of them. When it does get busy, Ive told them multiple times to put more nurses on the network, especially when it gets really busy. At the end of your shift, its so draining and they still dont appreciate you. They do not care if you have been with them for a long time because all they do is just hire new nurses all the time. They dont ask internal first or offer internal if they would like to go full time especially when they didnt give enough hours at one point. Instead, you see an email that they hired an external full timer right away. Many great nurses who have been with the company put a lot of effort and dedication to the company however they would be harassed and forced to quit because supposedly are not meeting the quota or requirements that they make up everyday. There is always something new that they require such a getting a new license from another state which is exhausting and alot of work and should be paying us more for all these extra licenses we are "required"to have.
