HR monitors your activity and what you do every minute of time clocked in. If you miss a punch in or out, you have to redo trainings from HR and put on a "timing/procedure" pip. Paid monthly, even if you are a salary employee (they do not disclose this during interview process or on offer letter). Once you become an Account Executive there is no room for growth. Still a growing company that doesn't have sound platform.
