Middle management is horrible especially in field services they over delegate everything it seems as if their goal is to make your life more difficult they micromanage everything, very minimal project management support team leads are responsible for everything there is no project management to interface with customers so it’s all on the guys in the field. Work life balance is non existent I’m on the road more than I’m home no pay to travel on travel days. They pinch Pennies and limit over time unless it’s direly needed for their bottom line. Not knowledgeable about what the feild techs do and aren’t willing to learn. Only care about production and getting their bonus. This is all directed at middle management the executives seem okay.
