Pros
- Working remote allows for a better work-life balance. - Upper management looks for ways to invest in their employees. They give credit/acknowledge your work up the chain of command. Was personally asked to think of ways I would like to build my career so that they can help by investing in my growth plans. - Everyone is willing to help out with any questions, it really feels like a collaborative effort. - Finance team is small but extremely committed to their work. - Updated tech and systems when coming on board, and still looking to invest in better technology to aid in reporting/tasks for each department. - Overall I have been very happy with this company and all that it offers.

- Remote work has the draw back of real time responses on asks. (may take time to get some answers/responses, but definitely better than other companies I have been with.)
