Dependant on the team, you get genuinely great managers who look after you. Not a bad place to support yourself through undergraduate study.

Incompetant subcontractor usage to the extent it sabotages the repuation of the company and those working for them. Alot of negative Rumor-Mongering amoungst old staff members. Where client engages in unacceptable behaviour (racism, otherwise) management lack the spine to issue an appropriate rebuke.
